Client Type: Intimate elopement-style wedding for a couple who loved DIY but needed full planning and execution support.

Vision + Goals
The couple envisioned a romantic, nature-immersed wedding with boho-chic flair — think soft neutrals, natural textures, minimal florals, and an effortlessly cozy ambiance. They prioritized intimacy, emotional connection, and a seamless experience with their closest friends. The remote setting and small guest count meant every detail had to be meaningful, intentional, and logistically flawless.

Key Responsibilities
Planning & Logistics
• Built a 6-month planning roadmap with bi-weekly planning sessions
• Oversaw coordination with vendors, including catering, photography, rentals, and signage.

Design & Styling
• Developed a cohesive design concept: minimalist boho with blush, sage, and champagne tones,   incorporating natural wood, candles, and greenery 
• Supported the couple’s DIY vision with handcrafted decor, personalized signage and guest touches, while ensuring consistency in quality and aesthetics

Day-Of Execution
• Arrived onsite at 7AM to manage full-day setup and load-in
• Executed a 15-hour timeline that included ceremony, transportation, intimate reception, dinner, speeches, and dancing.
• Navigated a surprise weather challenge (snowstorm) by coordinating backup logistics and rerouting transportation 48 hours prior
• Served as main liaison for vendors, guests, and family to ensure stress-free experience

• A snow-dusted ceremony in Mount Lemmon’s serene forest backdrop
•Handwritten vow exchange overlooking the mountain ridge
• Twinkle-light dinner reception under the open desert sky, timed with the soft glow of sunset
